40 Watt
40 Watt club is one of the mainstays of the Athens scene. An integral part in showcasing the local acts of Athens, GA, 40 watt has been around since 1978 and been host to bands such as REM, B-52s, of Montreal, Drivin n Cryin and many current "Indie" groups. The venue also hosts nationally touring acts as well as comedians and hosts benefit shows.
